Cancellation policy

Cancellation policy — Lo Canto Perlic.

We know that the unexpected can always happen. Here are the conditions that apply to our direct bookings:

Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival

If you cancel, your deposit is refunded in full. No questions asked. For Lo Canto, which is let by the week, this period is extended to 14 days before arrival.

Less than 7 days before arrival (14 days for Lo Canto)

The 30% deposit is retained. The balance is not due.

July–August and the festive season

Over these two periods — from 1^st July to 31 August and from 19 December to 4 January — the original conditions continue to apply: more than 30 days before arrival, the deposit is retained; less than 30 days before, the full cost of the stay remains due.

Recommendation

We strongly advise you to take out cancellation insurance, which can cover the costs if you are prevented from travelling (illness, accident, etc.).

Bookings made through platforms

For a booking made via Airbnb, Booking or another channel, the cancellation policy displayed on the platform at the time of booking applies.
