Terms & conditions of rental — Lo Canto Perlic.

1. Booking and deposit

All bookings are confirmed on receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the stay. The balance is due 30 days before arrival. This deposit is refunded in full if the booking is cancelled within the time limits set out in clause 2.

2. Cancellation

Direct bookings: free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival (14 days for Lo Canto), with the deposit refunded in full. After this deadline, the 30% deposit is retained and the balance is not due. Exception: from 1^st July to 31 August and from 19 December to 4 January, the deposit is retained if you cancel more than 30 days before the stay, and the full amount is due if you cancel less than 30 days before the stay. We recommend taking out cancellation insurance.

3. Arrival and departure

Check-in from 5 pm. Check-out before 11 am. Other times may be arranged subject to availability.

4. Maximum occupancy

The number of guests stated for each gîte must not be exceeded. Any excess may result in termination of the contract without refund.

5. Security deposit

A security deposit is requested on arrival. It will be returned within 7 days of departure, less the cost of any damage found.

6. Guest obligations

Guests undertake to occupy the premises with due care and diligence (« en bons pères de famille », as French law puts it), to respect the house rules of the estate and to return the premises in the condition in which they found them.
