Gaillac · Tarn · up to 10 guests
Two independent homes, a swimming pool, a private hot tub and 3 hectares of vines — all reserved for your group.
The idea
Renting “a big house for 10” often ends in compromise: fold-out beds in the living room, a single bathroom, and everyone bumping into each other at 8 in the morning.
Our approach is different: Lo Canto and Lou Pitchoun are rented together. On one side, a former 120 m² wine cellar (chai) with two bedrooms, a 60 m² living area and two separate WCs. On the other, a few steps away, an independent cottage for two, with its own terrace and private hot tub.
The result: up to 10 guests, two separate homes, and 3 hectares of estate around them. The friends, the grandparents or the newlyweds have a roof of their own — and everyone meets up again at the pool and around the barbecue.
What you get
What it's for
This is the option for milestone birthdays, family reunions and weekends with friends built around wine. Three generations fit in without treading on each other's toes, and the 60 m² living area has room for a big table on rainy evenings.
The estate is reserved for the guests on the booking: we do not accept outside visitors, parties or events. That is what guarantees the peace of the place — and it is also a matter of insurance around the pool.
Gaillac is 5 minutes away, Cordes-sur-Ciel 20, Albi 30, Toulouse an hour: plenty of scope for days out that suit everyone, together or apart.
Before you book
The pool is shared with the owners, who tend to use it in the afternoon; the rest of the time it is yours. It is open from 1st May to 30 September.
⚠️ While the pool is open, children under 7 are not admitted, for safety reasons — requests for that period will be declined. Out of season, the question doesn't arise.
Air conditioning is on the ground floor of Lo Canto; the upstairs bedrooms have fans. Non-smoking properties, no pets, quiet requested from 10 pm to 9 am, and no cleaning fee — in return, you leave the place clean and tidy.
